Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of yolvu. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. yolvu is currently in a private, free beta, which means it is still changing and may occasionally break.

1. The service

yolvu lets you save content from other apps, distills it into cards, files it with per-topic knowledge agents, and helps you recall and reuse it. Features, limits, and availability may change during the beta as we improve the product.

2. Your account

You need an account to use yolvu. Keep your credentials secure and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the content you save and to the drafts yolvu generates for you ("your version"). You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service: to fetch, process, store, distill, and show that content back to you. We claim no ownership of it and we do not publish it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use yolvu to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• save or process content you have no right to access;
• abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass limits or security of the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

You are responsible for respecting the terms of the platforms you save from. yolvu re-fetches public content on your behalf and applies fair-use limits; it is not a scraping tool for bulk collection.

5. AI-generated output

Distilled cards and drafts are produced by automated models and may be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong. They are a starting point, not professional advice. Review anything before you rely on or publish it. You are responsible for what you do with the output.

6. Beta service, "as is"

The beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any save will always be fetched successfully. To the fullest extent permitted by law, yolvu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content or profits, arising from your use of the beta.

7. Fair use and limits

To keep the beta sustainable, we apply daily limits on captures and processing. We may adjust these, and may pause or rate-limit accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using yolvu and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the service or other users. You can export your data before you leave.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will note the date at the top. If a change is material, we will tell beta users. Continuing to use yolvu after a change means you accept it.
